May’s Seminar: Escape GovCon’s Terrible Trade-off

Program Date and Time

Friday, May 20, 2016 8:30AM – 10:30AM. Breakfast and networking starts at 7:30AM.

Program Location

Holiday Inn Chantilly-Dulles Expo, 4335 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, Virginia 20151.

Program Description

The GovCon industry is serving a cost conscious customer in the form of government agencies and military departments that have caused contractors to retract their spending and reduce operating costs. This opens doors for compliance concerns that lead to financial risk for organizations triggering potential fines, penalties and undesirable audit attention. Executives are vacillating between losing business due to excessive indirect expenses and not having enough staff to maintain compliance. We call this the terrible trade-off. We’ll discuss how to remove your organization from this paradigm into a higher state of contract maturity using advanced practices and technology.

In this seminar, attendees will learn about:

  • Get a sobering view on the degree of compliance within most GovCon firms
  • Quickly gauge the relative maturity of your firm’s contract-compliance infrastructure
  • Quantify the productivity boosts and ROI of targeted refinements to your firm’s practices and tools
