Active members of any volunteer organization is what keeps the organization going and beneficial for its members. This seminar focuses on Government contract law, research skills, and best practices for the contracting profession. It covers the differences between Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REA) and claims, the Contract Disputes Act, specific research resources, and the legal framework of Government contracting. The closing topic is professionalism, and what it means to be a true contracting professional.
