Congress passed the FY2018 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on November 15th and sent it to President Trump for signature. The NDAA authorizes the level of defense spending and sets policies controlling how the money is spent.

Many of the policy changes will have a direct impact on Government contractors. For our final seminar of 2017, the Chapter welcomes Amy Hernandez from Strategic FAR Advisors, LLC to discuss the important provisions in the NDAA, including acquisition reform, cyber security, major program funding levels.
