Do you have your CFCM certification awarded by the National Contract Management Association and recognized by the industry? The CFCM certification is most appropriate for contracting professionals in both the public and private sectors who deal extensively with federal contracts and have a minimum of one year of experience. It validates your education, training, experience and your knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) through an examination consisting of 150 multiple-choice questions. The NCMA Dulles Corridor Chapter is offering an eight-week study group to prepare for the exam. This is not FAR 101. A working knowledge of the FAR is required but full knowledge is not necessary. The study group is limited to 25 people. Register today to secure your seat in the study group!

The Goal

To prepare participants to sit for the CFCM exam on Saturday, December 6, 2014.

Your Commitment

Attendance at eight weeks of the study group sessions and completion of class assignments for each session is mandatory.

Participants are expected to submit three (3) original multiple choice questions related to each week’s reading assignments and answers to the Study Group Facilitators NLT COB each Wednesday prior to the scheduled meetings. Prior to the first meeting, take the practice exam in the back of the CFCM Study Guide. Bring a copy of your test results to the first meeting. If, while taking the test, you have a question or do not understand something, please make a note of that area for group discussion at the first meeting. Complete the NCMA test application prior to the first class.

You will earn 3 Continuing Professional Eduction (CPE) credits for every class attended which you can use towards the 80 CPEs required to take the exam!
