NCMA'S AWARDS

Chapter Excellence Award (Gold Level, Large Chapters)

The NCMA Chapter Excellence Award replaced the Graalman Award starting in the 2015-2016 Program Year. The award celebrates chapter volunteers who demonstrate dedicated service to NCMA and its members. Chapters are evaluated in four areas: chapter leadership, chapter operations, member involvement, and member services.

Graalman Award (Gold Level)

The Graalman Award recognizes chapters that provide the best value to members, taking into account the demographics and unique aspects of the chapter. The Graalman Award serves as recognition for chapter excellence and the demonstration of effective chapter operations. Gold is the highest level achievable by a chapter.

Fellow Award

NCMA’s Fellow designation awards those who have made significant contributions to the field of contract management and NCMA. It is the second highest award given by the association. Nominations are due by December 1 of every year.
