Program Description
Our November seminar will provide an overview of the book “Negotiating to Win” and identify the “21 Rules of Negotiating.” The presentation will finish with a comparison of this book to other famous books on the art of negotiating.
In this seminar, attendees will learn about the lost art of negotiation, whether buying a car or a new fighter jet, the 21 rules of negotiating should apply.
About The Speaker
Jeffrey Saylor is a Government Contracting Officer with 28 years of service to the Federal Government. Mr. Saylor has supported the U.S. Department of Labor, Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Communication Commission, and the Department of Education. Mr. Saylor brings of sense of how federal contract negotiation has changed over the better part of three decades. Mr. Saylor has managed and led more than fifty employees in the field of Federal Contracting. Mr. Saylor also received his Bachelors and Masters degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
