Kim Rupert 2016The Dulles Corridor Chapter is happy to announce that chapter member Kim Rupert, CPCM, CFCM, Fellow, was appointed President-Elect of the 2016-2017 NCMA Board of Directors. With the appointment Kim will assume the role of NCMA President next year.

Kim is the senior vice president for corporate contracts and pricing for SAIC. She is responsible for setting policy across the functional organization to facilitate business operations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. She rejoined SAIC in this corporate capacity in December 2007 after a brief stint at QinetiQ North America as their senior vice president of contracts and procurement. Before that, she spent 12 years in positions of increasing responsibility at SAIC. Prior to that, she worked in the contracts department of Ideas, Inc., a company later acquired by SAIC. Rupert is a graduate of the University of Maryland and received an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She also has a masters certificate in government contracting from George Washington University. She has previously served on NCMA’s Executive Advisory Council and as a chapter vice president and president of NCMA’s Baltimore-Washington Corridor Chapter.
