Program Description
Lunch with Leaders provides an opportunity for new and/or young professionals to meet with different leaders in a small conversational setting. Hear different perspectives on what it means to be successful, different approaches on how to become successful, and personal stories on how these leaders succeeded and challenges they faced, and career advice they want to share.
About the Speaker
Michelle D. Hertz, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, CGI Federal.
Leveraging nearly 30 years of experience in the federal government contracts arena in government, private practice, and private industry, Michelle currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for CGI Federal Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Group Inc. Michelle leads CGI Federal’s Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Contracts Department and advises CGI Federal on all legal matters concerning its operations and the CGI Federal Board of Directors on legal issues arising from government relations, corporate governance, and federal government compliance issues. Michelle also serves as CGI’s Federal’s Ethics Officer and oversees CGI Federal’s Ethics and Trade Compliance Programs. Additionally, as Corporate Secretary, Michelle prepares Board agendas, records meeting minutes and board resolutions, and maintains the corporate records and minute books.
