PC 4220 Federal Government Contracting: A Contractor’s Perspective
Covers marketing and sales, pre-RFP work, RFP analysis, technical proposal preparation, management and cost proposal preparation, government site visits, audits, negotiations, contract start-up, performance, and contract shut-down.

About the Presenter
Our guest lecturer is Dr. Mary Ann Wangemann, Adjunct Professor and Procurement & Contract Management Program Director at the University of Virginia. Dr. Wangemann will draw from her 30+ years in the field to present both sides of the contracting equation and convey time tested principles and strategies to excel in today’s resource constrained environment.
