Program Description
Discussion of how the Department of Veterans Affairs, the second largest agency in the Federal Government, has been able to update their supplement to the FAR (VAAR). The VAAR governs how the VA’s procurement staff conducts their day-to-day business and impacts the purchase of billions of dollars a year in products and services to support millions of Veterans nationwide.
In this seminar, attendees will learn about the very complex and challenging process that was used to improve a government agency’s procurement processes.
