This session will provide attendees a detailed look at the Government evaluation process and how source selection teams evaluate proposals in an LPTA and a best value trade-off environment. We will cover specific strategies to enhance the chance of receiving an acceptable rating (LPTA) and receiving a higher technical rating (tradeoff).
